报错： ‘bufferevent_rate_limit_group’ has not been declared

当编译spdylay时，make报错：

shrpx_ssl.h:50: error: ‘bufferevent_rate_limit_group’ has not been declared

暂时找不到任何参考资料，这个问题发生在CentOS5上，在CentOS7上都正常。
