这个东西基本没什么用，你收款达到一定额度后要审核你的证件，而且stripe对业务要求很高，高风险业务不能做，楼上说的什么番号站 只有stripe定期审查发现或者有人一投诉就死了.
而且payoneer也要提供资金来源证明

怎样修改收款银行账号：

海外收款方式

Paypal: 国外客户基本都有，支付很快，但是缺点是不能包月自动扣费，手续费略高，要5%左右。
银行转账：最传统的付费方式，基本没有什么手续费，但缺点是到款时间长，不太适合与平台整合。
信用卡：信用卡支付是国外最流行的支付方式，支持自动扣费，便于与平台整合，收费普遍比Paypal要低。信用卡支付渠道中Stripe口碑很好，但在Stripe可用的国家没有中国。

Stripe支持美国，且Stripe支持个人使用，所以问题的关键在于获得美国个人银行账号。这里Payoneer可以帮助解决问题。

首先注册Payoneer：完成后，你会在Payoneer内看到同时可以接受来自美国，英国及欧洲的付款。以美国为例，进入US Payment Service，里可见 bank routing number 和 account number，这两个信息是注册Stripe时需要用到的重要信息。

然后注册Stripe：完成后点击 Live ，

Country： 选 Unite States
Your Product： 介绍业务
Your Business Type：要选 Individual
Tax ID：不填
Business Address：随便填一个地址
Website：填写你的网址
Your Personal Details：填写个人信息
Social Security Nunber：填写 0000
Business Name：填写你的品牌名称
Phone Number：建议使用Skype注册一个美国的电话号码，或者Google Voice，前提是有绑定美国电话号码。如果没有，你可以去万能的淘宝试试。
Bank deatils：使用刚才在Payoneer里面提供的 Routing number 和 Account number

然后激活就可以了。

Payoneer对从美国银行账号收来的付款收1%的手续费，但对欧洲银行账号及英国的银行账号是没有此项费用。
